Agnieszka Gajewska
Global Government and Public Sector Leader, CEE ESG Leader, PwC

Agnieszka leads the PwC Government & Public Services network of more than 12,000 professionals, helping governments around the globe maximise positive impact for their citizens.
She also leads the ESG agenda across 29 countries in Central and Eastern Europe, and advises clients in both the public and private sectors on their green transformation.

For the last 20 years, she has worked globally supporting governments, international institutions and the private sector in the origination and implementation of projects to achieve sustainable growth. She has advised on investment strategies, infrastructure financing, public sector transformation, structural reforms, digitisation and ESG with a focus on climate change. She worked with the clients and drove large scale engagements in over 40 countries, including advisory contracts for multilateral institutions - the European Commission, World Bank, European Investment Bank and United Nations Development Programme.

Agnieszka Rogowiec
Manager, PwC

Agnieszka is a Manager in the Regional ESG Hub practice at PwC Central and Eastern Europe. She is involved in developing ESG services in the CEE region with focus on due diligence services and transactional support (ESG DD, ESDD). She has over seven years of experience in audits and assessments related to financial support for the banks, i.e. lenders; standards assessment and monitoring (EBRD Performance Requirements, IFC Performance Standards, Equator Principles etc.). She worked for international firms from the environmental consulting sector. Her main focus was renewable energy sector, however she also performed approx. 100 assessments for other sectors such as chemical, commercial services, food, infrastructure, oil and gas, processing, manufacturing, utilities, and wholesale/retail trade Clients throughout Poland as well as abroad (Estonia, Ukraine, Egypt etc.). She served as the auditor and project manager for global Clients such as EBRD, DB, BNP Paribas, General Electric, Procter & Gamble, Amazon, Qair, Intel etc.

Ewelina Łukasik-Morawska
Manager, PwC

Ewelina is a Manager in the Regional ESG Hub at PwC Central and Eastern Europe. She provides ESG expertise to global projects and sub-projects in the CEE region including identification and analyses of the key ESG topics. Ewelina has almost 10 years of experience in environmental, social, and corporate governance analysis and engagement with multinationals as part of asset owners and asset managers' active ownership strategy. Ewelina gained the experience while serving multiple roles at GES International, Sustainalytics, and Morningstar. For the last 10 years, she was engaging with around 30 companies annually running dialogue with current or potential investee companies on a number of ESG topics with a goal of developing or improving ESG strategy, defining KPIs and framework for ESG disclosure. She successfully led an engagement programme on plastics and circular economy and co-developed climate change and sustainable forest management programmes. She has extensive experience in carrying out ESG due diligence, materiality assessment and working with experts and stakeholders at the global level.
