The 1st BPCC Female Leadership Forum

We are pleased to invite you to the 1st BPCC Female Leadership Forum, focused on women`s contribution to solving the challenges of today’s hectic reality. The event is about discussing our ‘what, when, how and why' and sharing it with the world.

Much has been already widely shared and discussed on Female Leadership in Poland. A lot has been achieved by leaders women in the last two or three decades. During our event we aim at bringing together all our experiences and try to see why now is really the moment to use our resources to lift our businesses and organisations to the next level. At the same time we will hear about the male perspective on female leadership style to see how we can inspire each other. Real female leadership can make a significant impact on leadership in general.

This will also be an unique opportunity to see how Poland compares to the UK in terms of equality in leadership roles, hence we see a male voice as essential to the discussion.
