Leeds Seminar Mixer, 20th November
The latest PBlink and BPCC event for Polish entrepreneurs in the UK was held in Leeds Town Hall on 20 November, bringing together over 40 people running their own businesses to learn about entrepreneurship in Britain. The event was judged a huge success, from the point of view of the high quality of business informational provided, the inspirational case studies and the networking that followed.
A week in the UK focusing on trade
The BPCC has significantly stepped up the work it is doing to promote British exports to Poland. A trade team, headed by Patrick Ney, has been set up and is now in place in the new British Polish Business Centre (ul. Marszałkowska 89). To put the BPCC's new strategic direction into a broader context of UK exporters and other British chambers from around the world, the BPCC took part in a three-day long series of events aimed at globally optimising UK trade.
