CMS is pleased to invite to employment webinar on “How to post employees to and from Poland?”

The BPCC's Technology, Media and Telecoms (TMT) policy group met on 22 May at the British Polish Business Centre to discuss the practical aspects of outsourcing IT services to external service providers. In particular, participants had the chance to take a close look at the legal and practical aspects of cloud computing. The meeting was organised tby the BPCC together with law firm CMS and IT services provide Atende SA.

The CMS transactions group will be joined by a team of lawyers with many years’ experience in advising private equity funds and significant achievements in M&A transactions. At the beginning of August 2020 CMS will be joined by Sławomir Czerwiński and Mateusz Stępień as partners, Jarosław Gajda as a counsel, Antoni Wandzilak as a senior associate, and Dominika Pietkun as an associate.

CMS advised Bayerische Landesbank on the financing of the construction of three wind farms with a total capacity of almost 52 MW by Pacifico Energy Partners, a renewable energy investment company. The project will be financed within the project finance formula.
