As part of its 2022 Savills Impacts research programme, the global logistics sector has the wind behind it for the foreseeable future, with the main drivers being ecommerce, and the race for additional warehouse space to secure international company supply chains.

Chicago, Houston, New York, San Francisco and Warsaw have over 40% of their total office stock certified ‘green’, making their office markets some of the most environmentally sustainable in the world, according to Savills World Research. But in many major cities there is a significant disconnect between city governments’ ambitious net-zero targets and the green credentials of existing stock.

In 2022 new and refreshed CIT incentives were introduced. Nowadays taxpayers can benefit from different deductions while developing their business, starting from the concept through test production ending with the promotion focused on sales increase. Additional support for acquisitions is also possible. Those who consider new investments may ask for a CIT exemption in return for their expenses.

Global real estate advisory firm Savills has advised Balmoral Properties on the disposal of three office buildings of the Browar Lubicz complex in Krakow. The new owner of the property is French-based PAREF Gestion, which acquired it on behalf of SCPI Interpierre Europe Centrale.
