MNK Partners has appointed real estate advisory firm Savills as property manager for its newly acquired office building NC3.

Regus, a leading provider of serviced offices, has signed up to join the tenants of Poznań’s iconic landmark office building Okrąglak and leased approximately 1,455 sq m spread over two floors. The landlord was advised on the transaction by real estate advisory firm Savills. The flexible offices will become available to the building’s tenants and external clients from September 2022.

Real estate advisory firm Savills estimates that the prices of building materials for new commercial real estate construction in Poland increased by close to 30% in the past 12 months and expects demand for technical consultancy to grow. The Building & Project Consultancy team of Savills Poland has summarised its activity in 2021, a year in which it completed close to 60 projects for commercial properties with a combined area of 1.5 million sq m and almost doubled its headcount.

International law firm Clifford Chance advised the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development and Santander Bank Polska S.A. on a syndicated financing in the total amount of up to PLN 205 million granted to Benefit Systems S.A. The proceeds will be used for investment expenditures related to organic growth, development of the MultiLife platform, acquisitions, eco-friendly investments, refinancing of the company’s existing indebtedness in the form of bank loans in Poland, and for general corporate purposes of Benefit Systems' capital group.

Mazars, the international audit, tax and advisory firm, revealed that it has acted as M&A advisor to the shareholders of MedPolonia in securing an investor - the LUX MED Group. The sales transaction was finalised on 21 April 2022.
