White & Case advises Grupa Pracuj on acquisition of softgarden e-recruiting1
Global law firm White & Case LLP has advised Poland’s Grupa Pracuj S.A on its approximately €118 million acquisition of Germany-based softgarden e-recruiting GmbH, which is expected to close at the end of June 2022.
Grupa Pracuj is the owner of recruitment brands in Poland (Pracuj.pl) and Ukraine (Robota.ua) and also owns an eRecruiter platform. It provides services to support employers in managing recruitment processes and building their brands.
Softgarden e-recruiting is a provider of software to increase the reach of job prospects that includes a feedback solution and applications management system. Together with absence.io, a provider of internal human resources process solutions acquired in 2021, softgarden e-recruiting has more than 3,500 customers and is active in Austria, Germany and Switzerland as well as in other European markets such as Poland, Spain and France.
