Taylor Wessing provided comprehensive legal advice to PKO Bank Polski in connection with the financing of a warehouse project being developed in Pabianice by Panattoni.
Taylor Wessing's team carried out the legal analysis of the property and prepared and negotiated the financing documentation, including the loan agreement with collateral. The financing amounted to over EUR 48 million and PLN 40 million.
The financial documentation was prepared and negotiated by Counsel Antoni Goraj, assisted by Senior Associate Paweł Skura. The property due diligence was led by Counsel Jan Adamus. Supervision of the transaction was provided by Zbigniew Korba, Partner and Head of the Banking and Finance team in Poland.
