Deckshield resin floors in the parking lot of Apartamenty przy Warzelni building in Browary Warszawskie
Apartamenty przy Warzelni is a top-quality residential investment and an icon of Browary Warszawskie – a new, beautifully designed and comprehensively thought-out quarter of the city and one of the most spectacular revitalization projects in Warsaw. The facility developed by Echo Investment is a project of the prestigious JEMS Architekci studio. In the parking lot of the building, Deckshield flooring was applied – the system made with the use of technology and materials produced and supplied by Flowcrete Polska, a leading expert in resin floors.
Browary Warszawskie is a city quarter situated between Grzybowska, Wronia, Chłodna and Krochmalna Streets, designed as a place where historical and modern architecture, private and public spaces, greenery and buildings coexist harmoniously. A housing estate with a thousand apartments and several dozen offices with a total area of 100,000 sqm and also public space available to all is being built on the site of former factories and brewery.
Apartamenty przy Warzelni is a modern facility, perfectly integrated into the historic buildings, also thanks to the premium materials used on the façade, such as copper-coloured panels. The investment offers a unique standard of living in compact and comfortable apartments. The underground car park, located on two levels, has been carefully designed to create a visually attractive, functional and user-friendly space.
On an area of 10,000 m2, on both storeys and the ramps, Deckshield resin parking floors were applied, in a light grey colour, with contrasting horizontal markings in graphite, matching the colour of the walls, columns and metal elements separating the storage rooms.
Deckshield is a high-quality parking floor made of polyurethane resin and quartz sand and designed to protect concrete floor slabs from damage due to heavy vehicle traffic. These coatings are flexible and waterproof, mechanically durable and abrasion-resistant, and have a high ability to bridge cracks in the substrate, thanks to which they effectively protect construction elements against external factors. They are also resistant to fuels and other automotive operating fluids as well as to chlorides contained in de-icing salts.
Deckshield flooring systems are durable and maintain an aesthetic appearance for years. The addition of quartz sand gives them anti-slip properties. Besides, these flexible coatings reduce noise related to vehicle traffic, e.g. screeching tires.

Resin parking floors in the Apartmenty przy Warzelni building were applied by Grupa Konar Sp. z o.o. As part of the Browary Warszawskie investment, in the completed office (Biura przy Bramie, Biura przy Willi oraz Biura przy Warzelni) and residential (apart from the Apartamenty przy Warzelni, also in Apartamenty przy Bramie and Apartamenty przy Krochmalnej), Deckshield floors were used on the total area of over 50,000 m2. The companies CHEMOBUD Sp. z o.o. from Puławy and Dal-Lickiewicz sj Posadzki Przemysłowe from Warsaw. All of these companies are Flowcrete Authorized Contractors.
