Towards Net Zero

We have the pleasure to invite you to attend an online workshop for corporate businesses and SMEs interested in setting or reviewing net zero targets.

Following successful events in Poland and Slovenia hosted by the British Embassies in Warsaw and Ljubljana, focused on implementation of Net Zero commitments and green innovation, Redshaw Advisors has decided to host this workshop in partnership with the British-Polish & British-Slovenian Chambers of Commerce with the support of the British Embassies in Ljubljana, Prague and Warsaw.

The workshop, delivered in English, is aimed specifically at sustainability managers (or equivalent) to help them advance their organisational efforts to reach climate goals and increase their business competitive edge.

Sustainability experts from businesses operating in Czechia, Poland and Slovenia will meet to engage in an interactive workshop focused on the practicalities of setting and achieving net zero targets, crucial for business in combating climate change. It will also be an excellent opportunity to share best practice, discuss meaningful sustainability strategies and Net Zero as well as carbon neutrality commitments.

COP26 finished with a historic agreement – the Glasgow Climate Pact – in which countries committed themselves to phase down coal, and support a just transition to
a clean energy future, as well as agreeing the technical rules that they must follow.  

As the UK COP Presidency continues in 2022, British Embassies and chambers of commerce will now work with all countries and parties to deliver on these pledges.

• The Net Zero journey –  getting started – understanding where your emissions come from (Scope 1, 2 and 3)
• Carbon Neutral on way to Net Zero (what is the difference?)
• Case study
• Know-how exchange
