The advantages of educating your workforce about their financial well-being
The BPCC invites you to a joint meeting of its HR and CSR policy groups, which will focus on the latest trends in CSR activities aimed at employees.
An constant challenge to business is to communicate better with its employees with the intention of building their commitment to the company. This can be achieved without having to resort to pay rises or bonuses. At the same time, a changing global labour market and the demographic composition of the workforce generate new challenges in terms of building careers.
The meeting will begin with a presentation from Deloitte on new trends in CSR, followed by a presentation from IGTE (the chamber of pension funds) on the changing labour market and what this will mean to the pension systems.
The purpose of the meeting is to exchange experiences and hold an open discussion among HR and CSR managers present as to whether companies should carry out educational activities aimed at their employees, and if so, what and how they should communicate this so that both parties can benefit.
The panel discussion, moderated by Michael Dembinski, chief advisor, BPCC, will include:
Małgorzata Rusewicz, president of IGTE,
Aleksandra Stanek-Kowalczyk, Deloitte
Malgorzata Tokarz, Tesco Poland
Beata Bardoni, Provident Polska
The meeting will be held in Polish; participation is free of charge for members of the BPCC.
