Tax Planning for Real Estate Investments
BPCC invites you to a meeting of the Real Estate & Construction policy group: Tax Planning for Real Estate Investments
The real estate sector is facing thorny tax issues resulting from frequent changes to tax regulations, and from diverging practices of the tax authorities and administrative courts. In particular, recent amendments to the Polish tax laws have had a significant influence on business's current activities, in particular reorganisation or restructuring processes. Other important issues for the real estate sector include cost recognition and application of VAT exemptions.
Awareness of the most important tax issues facing the sector and potential changes in tax regulations is essential for real estate professionals if they are to conduct their businesses in a tax-efficient way.
Participants in the seminar will acquire up-to-date tax knowledge, helping them to properly plan investment activities.
The seminar will be conducted by Michal Roszkowski, legal adviser, tax advisor, partner in Accreo and Monika Lawnicka, tax advisor, manager in Accreo
The meeting will be held in Polish
