Investing in Hotel, Leisure and Retail property in Poland

The British Polish Chamber of Commerce together with law firm Howard Kennedy, Cushman & Wakefield and Santander Group has the pleasure of inviting you to an evening seminar to learn about current opportunities arising from hotel, leisure and retail investments in Poland.

Economic growth continues to grow at a rapid pace, with Standard & Poor's revising its forecast for 2017 upwards to 3.6%. Red tape is falling - over the past ten years, Poland has advanced from 76th to 24th place in the World Bank's Doing Business ranking. Poles' disposable income has grown five-fold since EU accession. Meanwhile, inbound tourism is flourishing, attracted by lower prices and a wealth of compelling attractions.

The provision of hotels across Poland is uneven, with many high-growth attractions lacking a suitable accommodation. For foreign investors, the sector offers a rare blend of strong growth prospects and low risk.

Join us to learn more about the best investment opportunities in this sector in Poland.
