Over 50 companies from across the Mazowsze province heard how they can get their food products on the shelves of British shops at a conference held at the Warsaw Lifesciences University (SGGW) on 28 February.

Fat Thursday, 23 February 2017 was full of attractions, and not just culinary.

The Institute of Export and International Trade (IoE) together with the BPCC have produced the Doing Business in Poland Guide, which was launched last month at the Polish Embassy in London.

The BPCC held a meeting of its Manufacturing Industries group at the premises of CeDo in Kąty Wrocławskie, 30km from the Lower Silesian capital, on 14 February 2017. The subject was the recruitment and retention of factory employees, something that local employers are finding increasingly difficult as unemployment in Poland falls to record low levels.

On 8th February 2017 a seminar entitled ,,Competence volunteering – volunteering programme of the future against employee experience" was held in the headquarters of GKN Driveline company in Oleśnica. The event was organized the British Polish Chamber of Commerce with cooperation from Foundation Habitat Poland, Credit Suisse Poland, and GKN Driveline.

On 25th of January 2017 a seminar titled ,,Competence volunteering – volunteering programme of the future against employee experience" was held in the headquarters of Cognifide company in Poznań.

On the 3rd of February 2017 a seminar ,,Legal and tax aspects of delegation of employees” was held in Wrocław’s Hilton hotel. The meeting was based on the expertise of professionals representing the law firm Wierzbowski Eversheds, and under the patronage of the British Polish Chamber of Commerce.

The enduring Scottish tradition of celebrating its greatest poet, Robert Burns, was continued in Warsaw by the BPCC on 26 January 2017.

A business breakfast & meeting entitled ,,Cooperation without limits – cross  culture seminar" was held in Wrocław Kinnarps Showroom on 18th January under the patronage of the British Polish Chamber of Commerce.

On 14th of December, a long awaited International Christmas Evening was held in one of the most prestigious hotels in Wrocław – Sofitel. Event located in the heart of the city enticed attendance of many guests who joined in a unique, festive atmosphere.
