On 10 April in Poznań, the BPCC, Plusfactor and the European University of Business, jointly organised a meeting entitled Factoring - a summary of the market and available products.

On March 30, 2017, BPCC and Crowe Horwath - the world's 8th largest professional services organization offering comprehensive and professional business services, organized a TAX business breakfast regarding transfer pricing changes.

On April 6th, the BPCC members from the south of Poland attended the Spring Business Mixer entitled „The power of networking”.

During the meeting organised by BPCC, global real estate services firm Cushman & Wakefield’s experts presented research report ‘manufacturing risk index 2017’ and commented on trends on the Polish industrial market and activity of manufacturing sector in Poland.

“I can see with my own eyes that the Subcarpathian region is well prepared for new investments. Coming into Rzeszów by train this morning, I could see fields waiting for factories – the roads laid out, with electricity and other infrastructure in place. New investments, good governance of the region, municipal support, instruments offered by economic zones, availability of qualified human resources mean that is a good place for foreign investors. This region has a huge potential that is promoted in the UK,” said Michael Dembinski, the BPCC’s chief advisor, in his foreword.

The seminar held on 14 March 2017 in Wrocław at the  business incubator at the cooperation with BPCC and Plusfactor, was aimed at introducing participants to the concept of factoring.

On 9 March 2017, the BPCC held its annual UK-Poland trade and investment briefing, which this year took the form of an evening mixer, so that members could enjoy some networking over canapés and wine after learning about the latest developments in bilateral economic relations.

On 28 February 2017, the BPCC Kraków Branch held a training session entitled A practical guide in the world of everyday traps in IT in companies in cooperation with two member companies who operate in the area of data security in the internet. The training took place in a newly-opened hotel and new BPCC member, Mercure Kraków Stare Miasto.

On the 8th of March 2017 a seminar ,,Legal and tax aspects of delegation of employees” was held in Poznań. The meeting was based on the expertise of professionals representing law firm Rödl & Partner, and took place in the company headquarters. The event was co organized by the British Polish Chamber of Commerce.
