At a conference held at the British Embassy on 18 April 2018, representatives from the Polish and UK healthcare sectors met to share experiences in implementing e-health solutions.

The British Polish Chamber of Commerce organised a meeting devoted to broadly understood optimization processes in enterprises ,,Implementing a more effective future’’ at the Double Tree by Hilton Wroclaw hotel on 26 April.

On 17 April 2018, member companies from the American Chamber of Commerce and the BPCC met at a joint networking event at the Krakow Hotel Holiday Inn Krakow City Centre which brought together the most important companies from the south and south-east of Poland, from Katowice, through Kraków and Małopolska across to Rzeszów and Przemyśl.

The Fly&More conference held in Rzeszów's G2A Arena on 15 March 2018 brought together key people from the Polish civil aviation sector, including operators of regional airports.

The second British-Polish Construction Forum took place at NatWest's Bishopsgate offices in the City of London, bringing together business owners from across the sector.
