Unleashing your employees' potential boosts productivity
A BPCC workshop focusing on encouraging employee involvement based on their personal strengths took place at the headquarters of Credit Suisse in Wrocław on 2 October 2017.
The training session was aimed at business leaders and HR professionals who want to achieve the highest efficiency of their teams by developing the full potential of their employees through proper management.
The invited guests had the opportunity to listen to experts from TLNC Global, and gain the practical knowledge necessary for understanding the idea of an employee engagement, and how it impacts on company's business objectives.
The speakers were Aneta Dominiak-Gnojnicka and Agnieszka Borys-Gajda, both strength trainers. During the course of their presentation, they outlined techniques helpful in enabling the full potential of the employees. They also presented the results of extensive research conducted by the Gallup Institute, highlighting 12 critical areas that determine the level of employee involvement. While discussing the resulting balance of profits and losses, they stressed the importance of understanding the relationship between employee engagement and productivity – both individual and organisational.
Through the workshop, participants learned about practical tools useful in monitoring and managing the level of engagement in their organisation.
