Implementation and communication of CSR policy
On 30 November 2017, at the headquarters of Objectivity in Wrocław, a meeting focused on the implementation and communication of CSR policy took place.
The event was organised by the BPCC together with Objectivity, Nokia and CSRinfo. The variety of specialisation and different levels of knowledge among the participants resulted in many interesting insights into this topic.
Immediately after the welcome, a discussion started, and quickly took the form of a panel. The most urgent problems and doubts related to CSR were risen – the issue of sustaining motivation of volunteers, gathering funds and persuading supervisors to involve in the projects – invited guests shared their experiences, constantly consulting possible solutions with present experts. As a result, the meeting eventually became a practical workshop, summarised by the presentation of the CSRinfo specialist, Ewa Zamościńska. Her speech focused on the practical definition of the concepts of companies' pro-social policy, taking into account the sustainable development goals set by the UN.
Despite the fact that it’s final form surprised organisers, the event turned out to be extremely constructive, becoming a great starting point for the next meetings.
