PNSA was launched by Elżbieta Pełka in 2009, supported by the BPCC and the British Embassy in Warsaw. The competition, based in the UK’s National Sales Awards, is intended to promote sales as a profession based on high ethical standards and consistent performance. Ms Pełka, CEO of Elżbieta Pełka Creative Services, has been a member of the BPCC board since 2019.
