Acquiring and retaining talent

A rapidly changing job market means that employers face the challenge of attracting and retaining key employees. An important step in bringing in quality employees and keeping the ones you already have is to understand what it is that they're looking for.

The common misbelief is that the main factors for choosing a particular job post are salary and benefits while in fact, in many cases, factor number one is having an opportunity for professional development.

On the other hand employers' expectations towards their employees continue to grow. Operating on global markets with growing competition places on companies new pressures to change their organisations and achieve ambitious goals, which is possible only with qualified and motivated people onboard.
