British Lamb at L'Art de la cuisine Martell 2016

British Polish Chamber of Commerce together with the Agriculture and Horticulture Development Board (AHDB) representing British lamb and beef producers, is pleased to inform you about a special event titled ‘L'Art de la cuisine Martell 2016’.

It is one of the most prestigious culinary competitions for chefs in Poland, the finals of which will take place on 5th of March 2016 in Hotel Castle Ryn**** in the beautiful Mazuria region in Poland.

AHDB is a strategic sponsor of the contest. Therefore the main product being used by competitors is fresh British lamb. The contestants will compete for the award by preparing exclusive dishes using select cuts of fresh lamb. The dishes will be judged, by prominent Polish chefs and representatives from the sponsors including Jean Pierre Garnier, the Export Manager of AHDB. Winners will be announced at a Gala Dinner at which British lamb will be served for over 300 guests.

What is more, AHDB will have its own promotional stand at the event with Kevin Aiston the famous ‘Brit in Poland’ cooking British lamb for trade visitors. Kevin also being a professional chef published his own book with British recipes ‘Not only Fish and Chips’.
